Who is Stone Installer

Installer is the only man who installs the natural stone such as granite, marble, limestone, Travertine onyx in owner residential and commercial places. Installer never cut the stone the cutting of stone is done by stone fabricator. But they both work together fabricator cut the stone and installer install the stone. This is the chain work if go briefly in this process then we know much about installer.

Depending how busy the industry is, typically once a stone selection has been made, the bid has been approved and a deposit has been made, you can expect installation approximately three to six weeks after templating has been done. Other deciding factors include availability of material and the size of the job.

From where the natural stone comes?

Quarrier takes out the stone from the mines in shape of big blocks and cut them in the rough slabs with the help of machines. Those slabs are exported in all over the world to the Importer Distributor.

And then Importer distributes these Slabs to the Fabricator, retailers & manufacturers. They can directly contact to the exporters also.

After taking the slab from the exporter or importer the fabricator. Make the slab fine with polish from the help of latest machines and cut the countertop as per our requirement. Now when the slab is properly cut and shaped then the installer installs.

Tips of marble installation

Cheek the qualification of craftsman ceramic tile installer may not be qualified to work with marble or stone installer.

Always get samples for color reference. Do not rely on names, as color varies from one supplier to the next.

Check the finish. Make sure the installer finishes with a stone impregnator or penetrating sealer to resist stains. Keep acidic fruits or products that contain alcohol away from countertops.
